Rachel's parents came in town for Easter 2010 and we had a big family dinner at our house. Millie (my Cajun mother-in-law) made the real deal gumbo. Aunt Kathleen brought an amazing salad with all sorts of goodies. I cooked beef tenderloin with a blue-footed chanterelle mushroom and red wine reduction. For dessert, Rachel made homemade vanilla ice cream with salty caramel sauce.
